Just like when you work away from home you would not ask an employee to try to fix the broken copier but you would call the copier repair dude to fix it. One of the best ways to save time is to batch your work together. Batching means to do all like things at the same time. An example would be what I do on Sunday night to prepare for the next week. I didn’t even know I was in the crazy busy cycle because I was so blasted busy to realize it. And believe it or not while I was in this busy cycle I thought that I wasn’t getting enough done. That’s embarrassing when your business has to do with helping others in their time management issues, LOL.
